Terms & Conditions — baazi Platform Rules

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the baazi website accessible at baazi.lat and all associated services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a baazi account and is accessing Platform services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Member to access baazi services.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital balance held within a Member's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus balance credited to a Member's Account by baazi, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" refers to money deposited into a Member's Wallet via an approved payment method, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked across eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that baazi may require any Member to complete at any time.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all Platform operations.

By accessing the baazi Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and a game-specific or promotion-specific rule document, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

baazi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review this document periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To be eligible to register and use a baazi Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any third party in your use of the Platform.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by baazi or any partner responsible gaming organisation.
• You have not previously had a baazi Account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that winning is not guaranteed.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

baazi reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any balance pending the outcome of the verification process.

Each Member may hold only one Account on the baazi Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, baazi reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts and review all associated transaction history.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. baazi will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baazi support immediately via live chat or the contact details provided on this Platform. baazi will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your Account upon receiving such notification.

baazi may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application or close an existing Account without prior notice if it has reason to believe that the registration or continued use of the Account is not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

baazi supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction, subject to account verification status.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits are credited to your Wallet within 15 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method within an average of 2–3 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account number used for the originating deposit. baazi applies this rule to prevent money laundering and to protect Member funds.
• Withdrawal verification: baazi may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC verification. Members who have not completed identity verification may experience delays until documentation is reviewed and approved.

All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to baazi's anti-money laundering (AML) review process. baazi reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it deems unusual or outside a Member's normal activity pattern. Failure to cooperate with an AML review may result in a temporary or permanent hold on the Account.

baazi does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective terms of service. baazi has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party payment provider fees.

Deposits made in error (for example, to an incorrect account) must be reported to baazi support immediately. baazi will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues but cannot guarantee the recovery of misdirected funds in all cases.

baazi offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be transferred to the Real Funds balance and made available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements count only bets placed on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per mobile number, and per payment account. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and account review.
• baazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including for Members who are mid-way through meeting a wagering requirement, provided that a reasonable notice period is given where operationally practicable.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion-specific terms. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Where baazi determines that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, using low-risk strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members — baazi reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to restrict future promotional access for that Member.

Seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup may be offered during those events. Such promotions will be governed by their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus conditions.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the baazi Platform. Game-specific rules may be found within each individual game interface and supplement these general rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted and binding only when confirmed in your Account transaction history. Until confirmation is displayed, a bet has not been placed. Do not assume a bet is accepted based solely on clicking a button — always verify the confirmation message.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each betting market and game. These limits are displayed within the game interface at the time of placing a bet. baazi reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• In-play betting: Cricket in-play markets may be suspended or settled at any time during a live event. Bets placed after an event has concluded due to a technical delay will be voided. Settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL organisers).
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or betting market, baazi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Wallets. This includes instances where a game malfunctions, where odds are displayed incorrectly due to a data feed error, or where a betting market is published in error.
• Live casino games: Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers are governed by the rules displayed within those game environments. baazi accepts no additional liability beyond the return of stake in the event of a studio technical failure mid-hand or mid-spin.

Any dispute regarding a settled bet or game outcome must be raised with baazi support within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baazi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent Account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or on any self-exclusion list.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any activity connected with the manipulation of a sporting event.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets without direct human input.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the baazi Platform, its software, odds data, or game content.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing baazi staff or other Members through any communication channel.

baazi employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, baazi will act swiftly and without obligation to provide advance notice to the Member concerned.

baazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Member base. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity enjoyed within the limits of each individual's financial means and personal wellbeing. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the maximum amount you can add to your Wallet within a given period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders that alert you after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Loss or damage arising from events beyond baazi's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, power failures, government actions, or third-party system failures.
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Loss arising from technical errors or malfunctions in third-party game software, provided that baazi takes reasonable remedial action (including voiding affected bets and returning stakes) upon becoming aware of such errors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits baazi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

baazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Member — baazi will provide reasonable advance notice via a notification displayed on the Platform or via your registered contact details, where practicable.

The amended Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any Real Funds balance.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. In all cases, the version of these Terms & Conditions published on the Platform at the time of any relevant event or transaction shall be the applicable version.
